Adriana has over 10 years of experience in the practice of design-led innovation and innovation management. She has lead projects in strategic areas of innovation, such as research and strategy, innovation management, organizational culture, Front-End Innovation, open innovation, experience, and storytelling.

Sean is an entrepreneur, angel investor, and family business member who started a company which delivered technology solutions and information security training to family office principals in 2011, shortly after graduating from Tufts University.

Chris serves as Senior Director of Community Ownership at Catalyst Miami, supporting the development of real estate and small business cooperatives.
