Adriana has over 10 years of experience in the practice of design-led innovation and innovation management. She has lead projects in strategic areas of innovation, such as research and strategy, innovation management, organizational culture, Front-End Innovation, open innovation, experience, and storytelling. Adriana has worked in the following industries: Insurance, Finance, Fintech and Web3 Services, Higher Education, and Entrepreneurism.

She is the founder of Agami Studios, a startup that offers innovation as a service through learning spaces and collaborative projects in Latin America.
