A resident of Aspen, Colorado, and a retired attorney, Jay is the author of Family Wealth: Keeping It in the Family and Family – The Compact Among Generations and co-author of The Cycle of the Gift, The Voice of the Rising Generation, and Family Trusts: a Guide for Beneficiaries, Trustees, Trust Protectors and Trust Creators.

Orland is Co-Founder and Executive Director of Shadetree Multicultural Foundation, a Civil Society Organization and Network based in Los Angeles with affiliations nationally and globally. He is devoted to the creative design of a new economy for life where human relationships become the foundational links that hold local and global systems in a coherent state.

Stephen has devoted himself to helping children, young adults, families, and individuals of all ages unlock their potential through the experiential acquisition of transformational neuro-cognitive skills including Executive Function, Emotional Intelligence, Mindfulness, Resilience, and Flow as well as Creativity, and Antifragility.
